The car park is located behind the Maison de l’Archéologie on Rue Saint-Jean. It can be accessed via Rue de Boulogne, then Chemin de la Vieille Ville.
- Accessible to persons with reduced mobility and pushchairs
Open Tuesday and Wednesday through Friday mornings to groups (by reservation only).

Frequently asked questions
Permanent and temporary exhibitions are free and open to all. Some activities (guided tours, workshops for young people, etc.) taking place in the exhibition areas may be subject to a charge. For more information, please consult the agenda.

For families and individuals, a reservation is not necessary. A mediator will be available at reception to accompany you.

The Maison de l’Archéologie is closed 1 May, 25 December, and 1 January. It is open to the public on other holidays throughout the year.
Strollers of a standard size are permitted in the interior of the Maison de l’Archéologie. An elevator is available to access upper floors.
A self-guided visit of the exhibition spaces lasts, on average, between 45 minutes and 1h. A guided tour generally lasts between 1h and 1h30.
The archaeological site at 44 Rue Saint-Jean is freely accessible from 1 April to 31 October between 9h and 18h. To aid your visit, we recommend picking up the guide “Trail : The historic city of Thérouanne” at the Maison de l’Archéologie before accessing the site.

The tour of the Maison de l’Archéologie is perfectly suited for children. Fun and educational cases are available in the exhibition spaces, allowing families to discover the collections together. Additionally, the guided tours offered by the mediators can be adapted for children of all ages.
